    How Do I Book?
    You can reserve your place by making a deposit into our account. You will receive an email confirmation
    within a couple of days once you have sent the us the payment for your retreat holiday.


    All bookings can be paid via transfer or PayPal.  If your preference is transfer, please contact us for the
    bank details. We recommend using Transferwise.com as an efficients and cheap means to transfer money.

    We offer the possibility of spreading the cost of your holiday by paying in instalments. Contact us to
    facilitate this.

    Full payment of your retreat should be made 30 days before the break commences.


    At the time of your booking we will send a questionnaire form requesting personal details,
    and travel arrangements so we can coordinate airport transfers.

    How do I pay?
    You can either, pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking or, if you'd like to spread the cost of your
    holiday, you can pay a non-refundable deposit of minimum £250.00 to secure your place followed by
    instalment payments.  We will confirm your instalment schedule when you book. 

    The price quoted on our website is in
    £ (UK pounds). The price is the exact amount to be received by us,
    irrespective of fluctuations in currency and irrespective of any third party transfer charges.

    Please note all transfer fees must be added to your payment/s.

    Please bring extra euros or ​credit card to pay for items not included in your package.

    What is your refund and cancellation policy? ​Cancellation should be informed to us in writing.
    Please note a
    ll payments are refundable until 30 days before your break begins, after which they
    may be transferred to another retreat or another person to be used within a year. 
    The replacement of your booking will be ​subject to availability of a place on one of our retreats.
    Returned payments and cancellations incur a 50€ handling fee, plus transfer charges incurred. 
    ​A cancellation made 30 days before the beginning of the booked retreat is not refundable.

    Group sizes range from 6 to 15 people. We reserve the right  to cancel a retreat, in which case we will
    offer a full refund of all monies paid.
    Our retreats require a minimum number of the participants to have booked 7 days before the
    start date. If this minimum number is not reached by that date we may cancel and refund the money
    ​for the retreat but not the ticket.

    We reserve the right to change your itinerary or accommodation at any time. If your accommodation
    has to be changed, we will do our best to provide accommodation of a similar star rating. If a significant
    change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time
    ​before your departure.

    We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist
    actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to
    transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events
    beyond our control.

    Yoga Life Retreats are not liable for any injuries you may incur during your stay.
    Yoga classes and all other activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any conditions
    which may develop during your break or after.
    We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.

    Amendments or substitutions – ie. name changes – can be made at any time prior to departure at
    no charge. However, if you need to cancel or cut short the holiday for whatever reason a cancellation
    ​charge will apply.

    We cannot accept liability nor pay compensation for:
    - Holiday cancellations or change of venue caused by delays in your arrival, war, threat of war, closure of
    ​ airports, civil or political unrest, industrial action, natural disasters or other events beyond our control.
    - Participants medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday.
    - Loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
