Our retreat leaders, knowledgeable, patient and helpful, have experience with the local area and
country so they will guide you with their expertise throughout the week.
The size of the retreat is not overly large, allowing for a healthy guide-to-guest ratio. Every single
person matters to us so you will get the personal attention you deserve.
You will have plenty opportunities for personal time in order to reconnect with yourself. However,
don’t be surprised if lifelong friendships blossom with the people you meet on the retreat.
We focus a lot of attention on activities. Group meals, classes, excursions, walking, dancing, cooking classes, etc, will be on the cards. You will get lots of practice getting along with others and also
honoring your needs within the group. Let us not forget however, this is your vacation and everything
is optional — even the yoga — so you decide how much or how little you want to participate.
You’ll have time to let go of busyness and really feel what you want to feel whether it be playful, tired,
adventurous, courageous, inquisitive or quiet. Retreating from the day-to-day details of your daily life
will give you the opportunity to learn “how to relax.”
